"My agreement was at Heathrow Uk arrivals but there was no-one there. Everyone else on my flight was met at arrivals and left. The driver called me and I was barely able to understand him and he just kept repeating “Costa coffee” . He asked me to go to costa coffee over and over and didn’t seem to understand me. I called the company and they agreed he should have been at arrivals as was stated in my booking! The driver then called again and just kept saying costa coffee over and over and want able to actually converse with me. After 6 phone calls and half an hour of waiting I eventually found the driver who didn’t speak a word to me and appeared to be in some sort of huff and I got to my hotel in the end. Communication from this company and their drivers is abysmal and I would highly reccomend steering clear. "
"The driver was classy, dressed impeccably. The car was absolutely amazing, I did not expect a Jaguar to pick me up!! The classical music on the background made the trip a whole lot more relaxing.
I booked the taxi for 7.00am and it came at 7.20 but I received a call apopogizing they're running late and after 10 minutes or so a reassuring text the drives is on his way.
I never had a taxi drive so good. Highly recommended."
